Let’s Bring Back Accountability

This is a great article posted in the Harvard Business Review about accountability. Commitments of responsibility for one’s actions and vision, commitments of responsibility for making communication work, and creating new ways to minimalize the personal stigma of failure, are but a few ways to realize accountability. All leaders must realize accountability to lead people or lead themselves. In my personal life, all the happiness I’ve realized is rooted in accountability. Without accountability, I could not teach my son how to be a man, citizen, and contributing member of his community. All greatness has accountability as its foundation.
